We have an exciting opportunity within our company for a Depot Operations Supervisor at our Depot in Worcester.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in the diesel generator industry, preferably in a rental environment.
 

You will be hardworking, diligent and be able to get the best out of your team of engineers, drivers and yard staff. The position is very much a hands-on role as well as having the ability to organise, prioritise and delegate work under pressure.
 

You will have a flexible nature in respect of working hours as overtime is sometimes required to fulfill the role and meet the demands of our customers. You will also be an active member of the companies out of hours ‘On Call’ rota.

 

Required for this role:

• Leadership skills and experience in a supervisory role.

• Knowledge of generators/ plant equipment/ industrial engineering.

• Good communication skills and the propensity to connect with people.

• Ability to plan and allocate resources.

• IT literate with Microsoft Office based programs.

 

Desirable:

• Forklift License

• Health and Safety qualification
