Due to continual growth and in-line with our expansion plans, we are now looking for keen individuals to join our busy Depot in Worcester.

You must have plant hire experience, ideally with some knowledge of fleet & logistics management. Additionally, you will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.

The successful candidate will be able to evidence;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A good standard of numeracy

  • PC Literate / Competent use of Microsoft Office packages

  • The ability to listen and respond accurately to customer enquiries.

  • Good attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills with a clear telephone manner

  • Ability to work under pressure to set deadlines

  • A confident and flexible attitude

The role will encompass the assistance in the day-to-day running of the Rental Office, logistics of sales, rental fleet and on occasion transport fleet despatch. You will be taking customer orders, preparing quotations and processing paperwork.

Hours of work are Monday – Friday 08.00 to 17.30, with Saturday working rota, hours 08.00 – 12.00.
